Sleeping Arrangements & Layout:
The main level features a spacious primary suite with a large private bathroom, walk-in shower, and 65-inch smart TV. A second bedroom on this floor includes a 55-inch TV and access to a nearby hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms. Two guest rooms each offer private bathrooms with walk-in showers and 55-inch TVs. A second primary-style bedroom includes a 55-inch TV and convenient access to a shared bathroom with a shower. The final bedroom is perfect for kids or teens, featuring a gaming area, seating space, and a 55-inch TV, with hallway access to a shared bathroom.

Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible! This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. At least seven days’ notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. Please note there is a five-day minimum to heat the pool.
If the parking pass is lost, regardless of the situation, an additional charge will apply, as Palmetto Dunes is a very strict community when it comes to their policies.
