This gorgeous dunes home has been completely remodeled and boasts a private pool! ’Top Cabin II’ has everything you need and more to have a wonderful beach vacation. The open living area is beautifully decorated with a cozy sectional and armchairs plus a TV. The fully equipped kitchen is detailed with stainless steel appliances and bar seating for three. Four bedrooms each include a TV and a private en suite bathroom. The large wrap-around covered deck is perfect for lounging and watching the sunset or enjoying family time and entertaining. The back deck overlooking the pool has ample seating and a large outdoor dining set perfect for enjoying dinners while taking in the ocean breeze and lovely marsh views. Take a swim in your own private pool or take a walk on the nature trail near the home. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
