Cook your favorite meals in the kitchen, enjoy them in the dining area, and open the glass doors to let in the fragrant breezes and sounds of the sea! This condo is part of Blue Water Beach Villas, a beachfront property that sits 6 miles north from the local airport in a tranquil part of the island. You’ll be just a few steps from the sand, the sea, and the dock, and a few minutes from a couple of restaurants, bars, and a spa. You’ll also find several scuba diving centers in the area, with whom our concierge can organize fishing, snorkeling, and scuba trips to the barrier reef. Venture a bit further and you’ll be on the sands of Secret Beach after driving five miles, while San Pedro is only six miles away. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Two complimentary kayaks are provided. A golf cart or bike is necessary to get around. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No permit needed
