The bedroom on the ground floor has a double-sized bed and a communal bathroom with a shower for all the guests. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, while the rest two are with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Outdoor facilities The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool of 27 sqm, and a child pool of 6.4 sqm with sun loungers to relax under the sun. Guests may choose between a 8-seater automatic minivan or a 5-seater automatic SUV. Please inform us in advance of your preferred vehicle. If we do not receive your selection before your arrival, the 8-seater minivan will be assigned to you by default. *Please note that it does not cover transportation to and from the villa. However, we would be more than happy to assist in arranging transfers to and from the villa at an additional cost. **Age restriction: Please note that the complimentary minivan service is only available to drivers who are at least 25 years old. *** Α 300€ deposit in cash is required upon vehicle pick-up as a guarantee for proper use. This amount will be refunded at check-out, provided the car has not incurred any damages.
