This beautiful property is one of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain. This newly built property (2022) will have you amazed by the attention to detail, the décor and finishes are top notch and exude luxury! One of the most sought after locations for travelers as you are walking distance to restaurants, shops, YMCA and more! And, located just a 10 minute drive from downtown Asheville, near hiking, biking and kayaking, this will be the perfect home away from home for your time in the area!
Upon entering the main level, you will be welcomed by an abundance of natural light and the open floor plan, including a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and a living space featuring a gas fireplace with a beautiful stone surround. Everything is newly furnished and has a fresh clean feel to it for you to relax and enjoy your stay. There are 4 guest rooms, for everyone to have their own space, including a main level King Room with ensuite bathroom. The other 3 guest rooms are on the second level and all are outfitted with King beds, which are sure to provide a restful night. You can end the fun filled day, on the second level, just step out on to the deck where you can enjoy a cocktail or relax in the hot tub and take the mountain air. Come create blissful and amazing memories at Little Sadie!

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
