This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom Myrtle Beach vacation rental will have you in immediate bliss upon entry. This top floor villa has beautiful tree views and fantastic onsite amenities that will keep you satisfied throughout your entire getaway.
Get that long-awaited restful sleep in one of the three comfortable and peaceful bedrooms. In the master bedroom, you will discover a queen-size bed with an ample amount of room for your vacation belongings. Attached is the master bathroom - equipped with large vanity space and bath/shower combo. In the second bedroom, there is a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin-size bunkbeds! The second bathroom for both these two bedrooms has a bath/shower combo.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 TO BOOK AND CONFIRM RESERVATION.
- - Check-In: BETWEEN 3:00PM AND 5:00PM. There are situations, such as late check-outs and staffing shortages due to COVID that can sometimes cause delayed Check-ins.
- - At Check-in we require you to verify your identity by providing us with a valid driver’s license (or another authorized form of ID) and credit/debit card if not already on file.
- - Our Check-in office is located at 4101 Mayfair St, Myrtle Beach, SC.
- - Check-out time is at 10:00 AM – NO EXCEPTIONS. All keys, pool card/passes, or parking passes must be returned to our office by 12pm on the day of checkout.
- - Call our office a call at 888-808-2788 to report any issues found in your unit. Please give our representatives time to get back to you especially in cases of after hour requests and weekends. We will do our best to service your request timely however service time completion is not guaranteed. NO REFUNDS or transfers to another unit will be made.
- - If you note any damages that are beyond normal wear and tear upon your arrival, CONTACT US immediately to inform us to avoid charges. Pictures need to be provided to the host. We are not responsible for insects found in your unit given the environment. We will try to assist by spraying and extermination. This will not constitute a refund or transfer to another unit.
- - We are not responsible if the Wi-Fi does not work during your stay. We will do our best toget this connected however there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. We will not REFUND the guest if there are Wi-Fi issues during the stay.
- - We CANNOT guarantee that facilities at the resorts will be available for the use of our renters (This may include onsite pools, fitness centers, restaurants, waterparks, special parking accommodations such as trailers and RVs). If an amenity is not allowed/open to a renter, we do not take responsibility to refund the guest any expenses.
- - No refunds for weather conditions and travel issues/delays.
- - Pets are not permitted.
- - All units are non-smoking. failure to comply will result in a $500.00 smoking fee to assist in cleaning and ozoning the property.
- - Keys will be picked up at our office and must be returned upon departure. There is a $50 charge for keys, pool tags/bands, or hard parking passes not returned.
