The Coach House is a beautiful one bedroom holiday cottage, nestled in the peaceful village of Eyke with uninterrupted views over the countryside and perfectly located in the golden triangle between Aldeburgh, Woodbridge and Orford. With a complete refurbishment for 2021 the cottage is split level with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a cosy bedroom with a zip and link bed (can be made up as two singles or a super-king) and separate bathroom upstairs. Outside there is a private patio terrace where you can enjoy an evening drink and a meal with views over the picturesque garden and countryside.
The Coach House is fantastically located only 5 minutes from Sutton Hoo as featured in the Netflix film ’The Dig’ and The Unruly Pig, an award winning gastropub that was featured in The Times Top 50 pubs in April 2021. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
