The Art Room, brand new for 2021, is a beautifully furnished holiday home offering a modern space for up to six guests seeking a short break or holiday only a few miles from the gorgeous Suffolk Coast. This former Edwardian grammar school is located in the small town of Leiston and has been thoughtfully converted into a stunning, 3 bedroom holiday home retaining many of its original features including the colourful hand prints from the children on the outside wall of the property.
The property boasts a spacious and airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that is well-equipped and beautifully designed with wood panelling on one wall and a fantastic skylight flooding the space with natural light creating the perfect place for friends and family to relax and socialise. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
