Set just back from the sea front, this airy, light and modern cottage has wonderful sea views and is perfect for a fantastic holiday in the beautiful town of Southwold with its long sandy beach, buzzing atmosphere and plethora of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes all within easy walking distance. An added bonus is the private parking.
A sociable and spacious living/kitchen/dining room takes up the whole of the ground floor with double doors opening into the garden so you can make the most of indoor/outdoor living. A large living area sits at the front, with the well equipped kitchen wrapping around one side at the back of the space and the dining table and chairs by double doors. All three bedrooms are on the first floor, furnished with super comfy king size beds and well positioned for the family bathroom and you have the added bonus of a modern shower room on the ground floor.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
