Greenbanks is a comfortable and spacious three bedroom holiday home located in the picturesque coastal village of Orford, just a short walk from the beautiful quay, welcoming pubs and cafes, village shop and 12th century castle. Orford is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast with the popular seaside town of Aldeburgh only a 20-minute drive away where you can stop en-route and visit Snape Maltings, famous for it’s concert hall, boutique shops and cafes.
Downstairs the property benefits from a well-equipped kitchen and separate dining room which leads into a light and airy conservatory that acts as a second sitting room with a cane sofa, two cane armchairs and a coffee table, as well as French doors leading out to the private enclosed garden. Towards the front of the property is the main living room with a smart TV, electric fireplace and a selection of books with a downstairs WC just across the hallway....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
