Villa Pietrasanta is an old Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by olive and chestnut trees and located on the top of a green hill from which you can see the sea, Forte dei Marmi and the Gulf of Portovenere. Elegantly renovated in 2020 with natural and eco-sustainable materials, this farmhouse is harmoniously integrated into the surrounding environment and offers the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. The interiors of both the main villa and the annex are filled with natural light, a source of energy and wellbeing, and are furnished in soft, warm colours, where the parquet flooring and fine fabrics create an intimate atmosphere. Outside, the iridescent leaves of the centuries-old olive trees and the fragrant citrus plants offer a uniquely evocative sensory experience. A large stone veranda completes the pool area and offers pleasant shade and coolness in summer. The villa’s best amenities include the internet connection, the satellite TV with Sky, the air conditioning and the mini-fridges in all the bedrooms. And for those guests who are able to get away from this paradise, less than half an hour’s drive away are many beautiful places in the area such as Forte dei Marmi, Camaiore, Viareggio, Lucca and Pisa.
