Located in the heart of Sun Valley, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has two levels and will sleep 4 comfortably. As you approach the condo there is a large deck out front with outdoor seating. On the main level is the living area with a gas fireplace and a 35-inch flat-screen TV with cable. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats 4. There is a bathroom with a shower and a single sink.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a Queen bed, a 20-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and corner windows for good light and Mt views. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a 14-inch TV. There is a full-size hallway bath that is shared by the two bedrooms. The bath has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. There is no A/C in the condo.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
