Spectacular terraced house just a few metres from Muro Beach.
Excellent location, 400 metres from the beach where there is a water sports school and the s’Albufera natural park.
Capacity for 7 people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three other bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
There is a double bed and all the other bedrooms have two single beds.
Fully equipped open kitchen next to the dining room - lounge. In the lounge area there are two comfortable sofas with satellite TV and a large table.
The entire house is fully air-conditioned.
Charming outdoor area, featuring a 3x5 metre swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue area and a porch with table where you can enjoy pleasant meals and evenings in the company of family or friends.
There is a ping pong table to play.
