This spectacular villa is located in the idyllic coastal village of Son Serra de Marina, a quiet corner on the northeast coast of Mallorca. Its modern and avant-garde architecture, along with its location near the beach, make it an ideal option for enjoying exclusive holidays. From the house, fantastic views of the Formentor peninsula can be enjoyed.
The interior is equipped with the highest quality materials and design furniture, offering a living space of 300 m² distributed over three floors. The villa has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 4 bathrooms, as well as an office, a large gym and garage.
In the living room, a large leather sofa with chaise longue stands out, along with a television with 360º rotation, which can be seen even from the outdoor relaxation area. The elegant dining room offers a wonderful sea view and is integrated with an open kitchen presided over by a large, wide and functional island, fully equipped with high-end appliances, including dishwasher and wine fridge.
On the same floor is a bedroom with bathroom, equipped with exclusive Philippe Starck pieces. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two more bathrooms, one of them en suite. The first bedroom has a double bed and a solid oak wood headboard. The second bedroom surprises with a spectacular sea view, as well as a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped gym, with a large television and surround sound system. From the basement, you can access the garage and the service room with washing machine.
Important note: the bicycles appearing in the garage photos are just examples and are not available in the property.
Outside, the modern design continues with wide terraces facing the sea, equipped with contemporary furniture and several comfortable areas to relax. Enjoy outdoor meals in the exterior dining area, with barbecue, pool and spectacular sea views. For total relaxation, a Balinese bed also awaits you.
