A fabulous chalet with stunning sea views just metres from the tranquil waters of Pollensa Bay. This establishment is located in the prestigious residential complex of Es Barcares, just 5 minutes by car from the medieval walls of the city of Alcúdia. Es Barcares is known for its excellent conditions for kitesurfing and is very popular among surfers.
With 150 m² of living space, it is prepared for up to 6 people. The spacious living room is beautifully furnished and offers satellite TV, DVD and WiFi. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes with local products that you can buy at the weekly market in Alcudia (Tuesday and Sunday). In front of the kitchen there is a 25 m² balcony with a cosy dining area.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor.
On the outside, you will find a 40 m² terrace and a 800 m² garden with lawn, Mediterranean plants and a brick barbecue. There is also a room where you can store your bicycles.
