It is sparkling, very sleek and trendy! Protaras is on the southeast corner of Cyprus, and it boasts the amazing Fig Tree Bay as well as splendid restaurants, entertainment and restaurants. The villa is only a 5-minute walk from all of this!
Protaras is within 10-15 minutes of the very busy Ayia Napa, so if you need more entertainment, then it is not far to go!
The outdoor pool, terrace and dining area is superb. The beautiful pool has Roman steps leading into it making it easy and safe for children. The sun loungers and dining furniture are high class and extremely comfortable. You will not want to leave the villa! The dining area is stunning. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Smoking not allowed.
