Located just steps from the Arnold Rim Trail, you will love relaxing at this charming, mid-century, A-frame cabin with rustic modern design and plenty of upgraded amenities. This mountain getaway features an open main-level with gorgeous knotty pine walls and ceilings, a unique, open staircase that takes you up to the second-floor bedrooms, a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table for meals or family game nights, and a cozy living area with a streaming-capable flatscreen TV (using guest’s own accounts) and sliding door access out to the deck, all warmed by a gas stove. Outside, fire up the gas grill and dine on the large, south-facing deck while you watch for visiting wildlife and native birds. An additional balcony can be found off one of the second-floor bedrooms - a great spot for star gazing or relaxing with a book in the warm sunshine. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
