Spend every day waking up to the water and enjoy your coffee on either of the two balconies, then walk right across the street to the most beautiful sugar sand beach and clear emerald waters you’ve ever seen. Look for dolphins playing, birds diving and fish darting about. Grab a book and take your towel, you may spend all day there! When you’re ready to head back inside, the updated and luxurious interior will help you feel pampered and at home. The fully-equipped kitchen makes preparing delicious meals easy. Use the crock pot to set it and forget it until dinner time, make pancakes on the electric griddle, or stock up on your favorite drinks in the beverage fridge. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
