Unwind in Port St. Joe with white sand in your toes, saltwater in your hair, and a stunning sunset every night. This beautiful home is nestled in the natural landscape 100 feet from the beach. Four kayaks and a paddleboard are available for your use. This home is located in the gated community of WindMark Beach, which gives you complimentary access to a private beachside swimming pool 900 feet down the street, a private fishing pier, miles of bike paths and boardwalks, and the quaint WindMark village center.
Enjoy the open floor plan, the large, screened porch for outdoor dining, and a private beach path. Rinse off from your beach trip in the private outdoor shower! This home is perfect for coming together after a long day at the beach, with a spacious full kitchen equipped with granite countertops and all the tools guests need to create delicious meals, including a Keurig K-Supreme Plus machine for morning coffee and a Weber Genesis 325 gas grill in the screened porch. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone cool no matter the weather outside.
Every room in this home is decorated in a unique theme, so you won’t have any trouble settling in to relax. One guest bedroom has a private washer/dryer and a full bathroom. This sunny bedroom is the bunk room and features a TV. The primary suite features a bathroom with double sinks and a standalone tiled shower. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and new blackout, honeycomb shades which create a comfortable setting for sleeping in.
