The flat "Vista Lago" is a nice two-room apartment in a residence with swimming pool in Rivoltella near the golden beach reachable by foot in only 8 minutes (750 meters), 3.5 km from the centre of Desenzano del Garda and 8 km from the castle of Sirmione del Garda.
Recently renovated, well furnished, it has a bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, 1 bathroom, 32" flat screen smart TV, Wi-fi, and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, also very comfortable.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
