Spread over two levels, the chalet features a spacious, light-filled living area thanks to its large windows opening onto the outdoors, creating a true immersion in nature. The atmosphere blends warmth and authenticity, combining vintage furniture with modern comfort. You’ll find a large L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a HD flat-screen TV, a wooden coffee table, and a welcoming dining area for 8 guests.
The kitchen, open to the greenery, combines functionality with contemporary design. Fully equipped (bar, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, induction hobs, toaster), it opens directly onto the garden so you can fully enjoy the outdoor space.

In winter, the Montroc–Argentière area is an internationally renowned ski destination. The chalet is located approximately 1 km from the ski lifts, making it ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. Golf, tennis, ski rentals, and bike rentals are also nearby.
Montroc-le-Planet station (within walking distance) and Argentière station (4 minutes by car) make travel easy, as does the proximity to Chamonix.
