Our condo is located on the 4th floor with easy access to elevators and stairs. These take you to the lobby, indoor and outdoor pools, steam room, sauna, communal grilling area, tennis court, fitness center and boardwalk right onto the beach. There is covered parking and the complex is gated with patrolled security. Within our luxury condo you will find beautiful, light beachy decor, two bedrooms (1 King, 2 full beds), two bathrooms, internet access, TVs and DVDs, a well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, laundry facilities, and very comfortable outdoor seating areas with fabulous views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay.
- Occupancy must be observed at all times.
- No parties or events allowed at this location.
- Guests will check in at our Holiday Isle Office located at 1601 Bienville Blvd. Dauphin Island, AL 36528.
