Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay.
- Occupancy must be observed at all times.
- No parties or events allowed at this location.
- Guests will check in at Main Office (900 Bienville Blvd. Dauphin Island, AL 36528) to get your Welcome Packet and Access.
- If you think you are going to require a late check-in, please contact us prior to your arrival.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- This property does allow pets under 30lbs! Dogs Only! An Additional Charge of $115 per dog per stay will be collected by the property.
