The Home
The villa is a three level villa able to host 6-8 guests. The ground floor has a living room with a TV and an AC, a modern fully equipped high tech kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) and a toilet with a shower. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. All bedrooms have spacious closets, their own A/C, and their own balconies, two of the them look at the beach and one of them at the back garden. Also, there is a spacious play room in the basement with one double bed and a sofa for your facility. Outdoor shower with hot water in the garden, two private car parking spaces and BBQ facilities.
A private door, opposite of the villa, leads to the beach (keys for the door are provided). The water is only few steps away from you! The villa is located in a calm family friendly neighborhood where you can have your privacy, however, shops and restaurants are three minutes drive. The food in...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
