The villa is exactly across from Spetses island, to which there is an unobstructed view. The distance from the island from the coast is about 2,5 km. The Villa is built on a property of 2.700 sq. m. and expands in three levels.
The entrance is on the middle level – which opens out to big garden with the 5x14 swimming pool. The Ground floor includes two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Before reaching the garden, there is a Γ shaped veranda with two big dining tables, two sitting areas and a billiard table. The access to Spetses Island is a matter of a few minutes, since the small port where the boats depart (24 h) for the island is at walking distance from the Villa. 150 meters from the Villa there is an excellent, secluded private sandy beach 200 Km from Athens International Airport The villa is exactly across from Spetses island, to which there is an unobstructed view. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
