This recently renovated 1,700-square-foot villa is just a 15-minute walk to a beautiful beach park and a 5-minute walk to the neighborhood’s private pool. Located at the end of a quiet street, the villa features a backyard paver patio with a gas grill perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Inside, you’ll find televisions in each bedroom and a 65” TV mounted above the fireplace in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, featuring modern appliances and ample cookware. The laundry area includes a new washer and dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a good book in the Carolina room, which overlooks a serene golf course. The spacious two-car garage provides parking for your vehicles, with additional space for one more car out front.
