The Sea Captain’s Home was built in 1833 and has many original features as well as all the modern conveniences you would expect. Newly decorated, our home will envelop you and your family with a warm Cape Cod welcome.
There are two sitting rooms for relaxing after a day at the beach, one with a large tv for movie nights and the other with a working fireplace for those cooler evenings. Outside there are two patios to enjoy dining alfresco as well as a large secret garden to play games or find a peaceful corner with a book. On the ground floor there is a formal dining room and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for your family. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
