Welcome to our lovely Cape Cod beach home, located in the unique seaside Eastham neighborhood of Massasoit Hills, where you will be just a short walk from two beautiful private association beaches on Cape Cod Bay. Spend your days sunbathing on the beach, playing in the sand, and swimming in the warm, calm bay waters. The kids will absolutely love low tide, when the beach opens up and you can walk out, seemingly for miles, onto the exposed flats and explore the tidal pools while the kids dig for clams, collect shells, and play with the hermit crabs, not to mention the AMAZING sunsets you will see!
Walk through the front door of our home to find a bright and open kitchen/dining/living room with plenty of space for everyone. The large glass windows, sliding doors and skylights fill the room with natural light....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
