Outdoor dining chair cushions will still be present at the property *Please note that the outdoor showers and spigots will be turned off from December 1st to late March to ensure pipes do not burst should we experience freezing temperatures. *Grill Master’s Charleston will be on site at their discretion once a month to do a maintenance cleaning of the grill. This is to keep the equipment in working order, and they will not need access to the home. They will be cleaning: Monday, March 9, 2026 Monday, May 11, 2026 Tuesday, June 9, 2026 Thursday, July 9, 2026 Friday, August 7, 2026 Wednesday, Sept 9, 2026 Wednesday, Dec 9, 2026 a technician will be on site for 2-3 hours. *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *PLEASE NOTE: To keep our property up to our standards for our guests, we may have our trusted vendors on the grounds of the property to complete their routine maintenance. This includes exterior pest control, weekly landscaping, monthly grill maintenance, and exterior maintenance on the home’s water filter. Vendors will never be inside without your permission- feel free to reach out to us ahead of your stay should you have any questions. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
