Off the kitchen you will find another deck with a Weber gas grill and gorgeous views of the sunset over the bay. Also, for convenience on this floor there is a half bathroom adorned in beachy shell wallpaper. At night, with dimmable light switches throughout, you’ll be able to set the perfect mood for any occasion. SLEEPING QUARTERS: This home features four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Lots of options with two primary bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, each outfitted with a king bed and private bathroom. The downstairs king suite is decorated in a beautiful blue and white coastal theme. The bunk room is adorable and playful. It sleeps six with a twin over a queen bed and a twin over full bed. Each bed has its own nautical light and plug outlet. The back bedroom – with beautiful beachy fish prints and whimsical palm bedding – is tucked away and also features a king bed. Each bedroom has gorgeous custom draperies with black out lining so everyone can sleep in! Washer and dryer are available downstairs as well. The upstairs primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings with shiplap paneling, a Tempur-Pedic® mattress and a large bathroom with double sinks, separate shower and soaking tub, along with an enclosed water closet. GREAT FEATURES: The home is just a few doors down from the Stillwater pool that is heated year-round. It’s also just steps away from the Social Circle, Lisabella’s Bistro, Dylan’s Pizzeria, the Coffee Shop, and all the action. Enjoy three porches to take in the views and spend time with friends and family. The home comfortably sleeps 12, making it ideal for multiple families or a fun friend trip!
