The holiday home Villa Rosa is located on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda in the picturesque Manerba del Garda. The family-friendly complex comprises 8 houses and a communal swimming pool. The lake is about a 15-minute walk away. The holiday home impresses with its modern furnishings and generous facilities. Everything you need for a relaxed family vacation can be found on 2 floors. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove offers all possibilities for self-sufficiency. From the dining area you have a wonderful view of the lake, there is space for 6 people. In the cozy living area, the spacious couch offers a place to relax, including smart TV (German satellite TV) with access to Netflix and Co. For the entertainment of the entire family, there are games, a Playstation, a music system with external speakers the terrace can be connected, as well as travel guides and books in German and English. WiFi is of course available throughout the house and in the garden. There is also a small, separate guest toilet and washing machine on the ground floor. The living-dining area leads directly to the covered terrace. Both a seating area and a Weber charcoal ball grill invite you to enjoy the time outside. In the garden you can also make yourself comfortable with a book on the two sun loungers. A swing for toddlers and a baby paddling pool ensures fun and variety. The 3 bedrooms and the daylight bathroom with shower tray are on the upper floor. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. There are two bedrooms with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional pull-out third bed, which is particularly suitable for children. All rooms have cupboards and enough storage space for luggage. There is also a roof terrace that invites you to sunbathe. The living space of the house is approx. 75m², the 2 large terraces (below and above) together comprise approx. 35m² and the garden approx. 20m². In the spacious single garage (24m²) there is a parking space and storage space for bicycles. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity. Manerba del Garda is known for its picturesque shoreline with the small port of Porto Dusano and the beautiful long beaches. The Villa Rosa is the perfect starting point to explore the beautiful region. Only a short drive away is the nearby beautiful town of Saló and the largest town on Lake Garda, Desenzano del Garda. The thermal spa of Sirmione can also be reached quickly. Day trips to Brescia (35 km), Verona (55 km), Mantua (70 km), Milan (130 km) and Venice (165 km) offer a varied, cultural program and Italian metropolitan flair. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money’s worth on Lake Garda and have numerous activities to choose from such as golf, mountain biking, cycling, hiking, canyoning, paragliding, stand-up paddling, windsurfing and much more.
