The Home
Villa Oasi del Paradiso is located in an idyllic, quiet location in San Felice del Benaco.
On the ground floor you will find a comfortably furnished living/dining room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and modern fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer). In addition, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed + an extra single folding bed. The bathroom is spacious with a large bathtub, washbasin and toilet. In the basement there is an additional bathroom with a washing machine.
Already in the morning the sun awaits you in the bright, comfortable living area with adjoining terrace and large garden. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine with a game or barbecue on the terrace, but the highlight is our outdoor whirlpool in the garden.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
