The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for group meals, while a separate pantry area adds extra convenience with a second refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher—doubling as a bar and prep space ideal for entertaining.
Each of the seven bedrooms includes access to an en-suite bathroom, offering a comfortable mix of private and shared configurations for larger groups. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Palmetto Dunes Beach Buggy, making beach trips simple and stress-free.

This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $152/day + tax for a five-day minimum rental. Seven days advance notice is required for pool heat.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.
If the parking pass is lost, regardless of the situation, an additional charge will apply, as Palmetto Dunes is a very strict community when it comes to their policies.

This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $X.
Please note that the pool and spa share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool heat must also be activated. When the spa is isolated to reach a higher temperature, the pool will temporarily stop heating. Guests are kindly asked to turn off the spa when it is not in use.
If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to arrange pool and spa heating. The heating fee must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact management after booking to add pool and spa heat to their reservation.
