Here you can enjoy a holiday of relaxation and beauty, with a sensational lake view that will leave you speechless. The house, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is tastefully furnished and offers large, bright spaces. Located on the first floor of a house with two apartments, it features a bright living room equipped with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Every morning, wake up to a panoramic view of the lake and sunlight illuminating the surrounding mountains - it’s the perfect way to start your Lake Garda adventure. You can also relax on the large furnished terrace, complete with garden furniture and barbecue, or on the private balcony, where you can spend pleasant days in the open air, immersed in the wonderful lake view. The garden surrounding the house is not fenced and offers you direct contact with nature. Casa Da Guido-Letizia is the ideal starting point for excursions and bike rides in the mountains. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes away by car and you can reach the town centre, with its services, in about 20 minutes on foot, here you will find a supermarket, bakeries, pastry shops and excellent restaurants and pizzerias, perfect for savoring the local cuisine . To reach the house you have to go down a very steep road, but the excellent location of the apartment repays every effort. With the Tignale Card you can have discounts, guided hikes and shuttle bus to the beach at the times indicated. To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 70 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
