The second floor has three more king suites all with balconies and cozy bedding over Tempurpedic mattresses and private bathrooms with walk-in showers, the primary also has a stylish soaker tub with Gulf views!. The convenient laundry room on the second floor with double washer and dryers will keep beach towels ready for the next day. Once on the third floor you won’t want to leave for the view alone. Home Note: All bedroom and living room chandeliers have been replaced with remote controlled ceiling fans. ***NO PETS ALLOWED*** IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. Summer Place is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Summer Place the homeowner and/or Property Manager has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter’s "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
