Villa Meliti is a beachfront luxurious villa in Kiotari Rhodes, part of an exclusive complex of 4 villas and only 40 metres from a beach of exquisite beauty. The villa has a private pool with a terrace area overlooking the beach. It’s the perfect place for relaxing and dining alfresco. You can find a lawn garden with flashes of colour provided by the numerous flowers and our delicious grapes which can be picked during their peak season.
Each 3-level villa is surrounded by a garden with a furnished wooden deck and a breath-taking sea views. They are decorated in soft tones and feature large windows and balconies. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
