The property is located just 10 minutes by car from Elounda Gulf Villas & Suites, offering a spectacular beachfront location with breathtaking views sweeping across the Gulf of Mirabello. This contemporary and extremely spacious Villa consists of four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for up to eight persons. The exquisitely designed Villa also boasts indoor and outdoor relaxation areas and has access to a large private fresh water heated swimming pool overlooking the sea. Pool can be heated (the cost of pool heating is included in the rates for the periods 20.04-24.05 and 28.09-31.10 For water temperature over 24 degrees an extra supplement will apply. The temperature of water depends on the outdoor temperature). There is also a paved terrace area for dining or relaxing in the sun throughout the day. The Villa is located just two steps away from the Private Beach Club of the Elounda Gulf Villas and guests have access to all kinds of water sports and beach services. Guests can also benefit from the services of the Boutique Villa-Hotel as well as its facilities. An experienced team can be called upon request to offer in-Villa Breakfast, dining options, BBQ events, special celebrations or anything the guests may wish. All five star services are offered upon request and provided by the Elounda Gulf Villas experienced team. The villa is highly recommended for those desiring an independent retreat for up to 8 guests in a unique beachfront location and can benefit from the thoughtful and friendly service of Elounda Gulf Villas & Suites, a short distance away. The Villa is usually open from end of March until late October each season. During the winter off-season you are invited to negotiate the use of the Villa on a monthly rental basis.
