The Home
Themis Private Villa provides you with a peaceful and private accommodation, presenting you with five modern and cozy bedrooms. The villa is equipped with a spacious living room, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen, a fitness corner, a playroom and free WiFi connection throughout the premises. All bedrooms have air condition.
Three of the rooms include en-suite master bathrooms, and there is a shared bathroom and a WC in common areas, all set up with modern amenities. There are also available children’s cots and cribs upon request. All rooms and interior spaces are commodious and sunny and are decorated in a modern style with warm hues and artful details. The view from the rooms is delightful, overlooking the glimmering pool and the blossomed garden. The imposing ladder, as well as the main bathroom of the villa, are made of marble.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
