Villa Yria’s name is taken from the ancient Greek name used in bygone times for the Island of Zakynthos and is a three storey building totalling 85sqm in area which can accommodate 4-6 persons.
The entrance to the villa is on the first floor and leads you to a spacious open plan living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The large veranda has amazing views and is furnished with wooden table and fixed sofas.
A wooden stairway leads you upstairs to the second floor where there is a romantic bedroom with four-poster double bed and private balcony. From the first floor there is also a wooden stairway that takes you down to the ground floor which consists of a twin bedroom, hydro massage Jacuzzi and living area containing two sofa beds.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
