This beautiful 2-floor house, professionally managed by Property Manager, is conveniently located at the entrance of Palm Beach Estates neighborhood which is approximately 1 mile (1.6km) south of the town of Playa Grande. Casa Amoroa sits on over .5 of an acer (.2 hectares) of fenced garden that boast a park like setting. In addition to being 5 min walk to the beach the house is located very close to one of the largest estuary’s in Costa Rica. Nature lovers, adventure seekers and surfers will equally appreciate the unique location. The home is in a very desirable and quiet gated community called Palm Beach Estates which provides security services for the residents during hours of darkness. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
