Villa Artemis is a 2 bedroom villa of 75sq.m. Entering the house you have the open plan living, dining, and equipped kitchen area. It has a bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
It glories in a peaceful, rural setting, a short walk from the famous sea-turtle nesting beach and conservation area of Gerakas. Ideal for children or the elderly for being sandy, warm, and shallow. For those who prefer turquoise, and fresher waters, we provide access to a private beach down the cliff where you can relax and practice snorkelling.
The stairs takes you to the upper floor bedroom with a double bed which has a private sea view balcony. The spacious exteriors offer a garden with a private pool and an enclosed terrace with barbeque and seating and dining area.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
