Look no further than Coco at Framadani Villas, a lovely apartment with all the amenities you could need, including a full kitchen, a living area, and dining spaces both inside and outside. There’s even an extra room with a sofabed to provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. This duplex apartment is located just outside the town of San Ignacio, a charming city surrounded by incredible jungle landscape. We do recommend renting a 4x4 if possible, the roads to the home are not paved, and it will also be helpful to get to all the adventures that await nearby. Visit the green iguana sanctuary, the nearby Mayan ruins, and the local butterfly farm. Spend your days taking amazing hikes or shopping in the heart of town less than a mile northeast. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
