Thanks to the garden with a large dining table, you will have the chance to enjoy warm sunny days in the privacy of your home. Just 10 minutes from Santa Lucia train station, you will be in one of the areas with the best wine bars and taverns, Fondamenta degli Ormesini and della Misericordia. Located just 5 minutes from the famous Jewish Ghetto. Spacious and bright, this loft can accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. In the outdoor space, there is a dependance that can accommodate 2 more guests, for a total of 6 people, consisting of a small living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages. The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.
