This delightful apartment, located in a building opposite the Grand Canal, is a mix of Venetian and modern style. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs or lift. Its location is excellent due to its proximity to the railway station and bus station. Moreover, in just 2 minutes, you can reach the vaporetto stops that can take you around the entire city.
The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
The building has a communal terrace directly overlooking the Grand Canal, with an enchanting view of historic buildings and passing gondolas. An exclusive and tranquil place, perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of Venice, ideal for moments of relaxation or sunset aperitifs.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages.
