This lovely apartment overlooking the Grand Canal, is located on the second floor of a building in the opposite side of Santa Lucia train station (just one bridge away!).
Thanks to its strategic location, it’s a great starting point for exploring the city as it is close to many vaporetto stops that will take you to St Mark’s Square, Rialto Bridge, Lido, or directly to the airport. It is also great for short stays, as it is located 350m from Piazzale Roma (crossing two small bridges). The area of the Santa Croce district is also one of the most characteristic and residential of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
