Halfway between Santa Lucia train station and Rialto Bridge. From the windows, you can admire the canal, the typical narrow streets and savour the true Venetian life. By crossing the bridge of Campo Santa Fosca, you can reach the Fondamenta della Misericordia and Ormesini in 2 minutes, with their surprising selection of excellent wine bars and taverns for your lunches, aperitifs and dinners. The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by elevator, and features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and an additional bathroom with a shower. Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages. The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.
