Welcome to this classic Patti Page Cape Cod cottage with private outdoor space and located directly across from a private portion of Mayo Beach! This oceanfront cottage offers a quaint and well-equipped escapade to experience a truly unforgettable vacation. The living room boasts colorful decor with two comfortable sofas and two armchairs near a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and streaming services. You’ll have a nice coffee station to treat yourself to a warm cup of coffee after coming back from the beach. The eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with great appliances and cookware to prepare delicious meals and beach snacks. This retreat offers two dining tables, a six-person table in the kitchen and another six-person, but in a more secluded nook.
Dunes Edge boasts a beachfront deck with an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, two beach chairs, and plenty of outdoor chairs. This is a great place to hang out and unwind in the outdoors while taking in the majestic views of the beach and ocean without moving from your rental.
This home is not set up for children. It has not been child-proofed. And there is a space heater used in the bathroom.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
