Rockport Beach, The Maritime Museum, Rockport Fishing Pier, The Heritage District! Inside you will find understated seaside decor and a wonderful open concept living area. There is a comfy sofa and two rocking arm chairs. The dining table seats four. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal or margaritas. The master bedroom features a king bed and has an attached master bath. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed. Blue Pearl is the perfect size for a small family! Enjoy the coastal breeze from the covered front porch. Watch the sunset while sipping on a cool beverage. Let the kiddos play in the large grassy yard. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
