Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Any of our guests that book our home agree to these terms and conditions before they book:
  • Please see the house rules. As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW - all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes:
  • • This is a no-party property, we do not allow any parties of any sought. The maximum amount of guests staying are allowed. This means 4 people in the property at any one time. There will be a $1,000 fine for any breach of rules payable via credit card. A credit card number will be provided when booking.
  • • This property is strictly no smoking. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts, or smell cigarettes in the building, we will issue a $500 fine.
  • • This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbors. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building. Please respect our home and neighbors. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9pm.
  • • This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.
  • • Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
  • • This property is approved for accommodation only. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
  • • Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
  • • Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: parties, large events of more than 4 people, loitering around common areas, loud music, anything that would disturb the neighbors.
  • • Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please add your dates into the calendar to see if this applies to your preferred dates.
  • • Be careful cooking and making toast. The smoke detectors are very sensitive. If you set off the alarm the call-out fee for the fire brigade is $1776. Guests who set off the fire alarm are responsible for paying the call-out fee.
  • • The apartment does not come with air conditioning. Portable fans and heaters will be provided throughout your stay for your utmost comfort.
  • • Please do not lose the buzzer for the door. There is a charge of $250 if this happens.
  • • The booking holder is liable for any accidents that occur at the apartment. Monies will be collected for any damage to the apartment.
  • • Children must be supervised at all times.
