The Home
Located in a residential area with other neighbouring villas alongside, Villa Jasmine is a well equipped property with plenty of space. There are four bedrooms in total – two twin bedrooms on the ground floor and a twin and a further double on the first floor (this latter room has a balcony also). All come with ensuite bathrooms. The ground floor has a living/dining area and French doors to the terrace, overlooking the pool and the golf course.
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, plus a small office area and guest WC. Outside, there is a wrap around terrace, several areas for al fresco dining, a barbecue and sun loungers meaning long relaxing summer days in the Algarve sunshine await!
There is air conditioning, satellite TV, an alarm, DVD/CD and maid service included. A pool fence can be supplied (on request for an extra cost).

The Neighborhood
The nearest restaurant and bar are less than 1 km away, whilst the supermarket, doctors and bank are a few minutes drive. The Aquashow waterpark is about 2 kms away. Vilamoura is also only a short drive.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- A refundable security deposit of £1,000 is required for this property.
